"Monarh Design Fashion Cashback" Campaign – Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign description:
Monarh Design launches the "Monarh Design Fashion Cashback" campaign, where we return the entire amount spent in the form of a voucher! Between October 25 and November 1, 2024, for any purchase between 1000 and 3000 lei, you receive a voucher of the same value, which you can use until March 31, 2025.
2. Eligibility:
- The campaign is valid for purchases made exclusively on monarhdesign.com between October 25 and November 15, 2024.
- The total value of the order must be between 1000 and 3000 lei.
- Products on other promotions or sales are not included in this offer.
3. How to use the voucher:
- The voucher will have the value of the initial order (excluding delivery fees) and can be used for subsequent purchases until March 31, 2025.
- The voucher does not cover delivery costs and cannot be converted into cash.
- The voucher value is only applicable to products that are not part of other promotions.
4. Issuance and use of the voucher:
- The voucher will be issued and sent by email within 3 business days of completing the order.
- The voucher can be used only once, for a single order.
- If the value of the subsequent order is less than that of the voucher, the difference is not carried over or returned.
- In the event of a return of the initially purchased products, the voucher is automatically invalidated.
5. Other details:
- Vouchers issued through this campaign cannot be combined with other active offers or discounts.
- Products purchased during the campaign benefit from the same return rights, according to Monarh Design's policy. However, in the event of a return, the voucher becomes invalid.
- Monarh Design reserves the right to modify or stop the campaign, but all issued vouchers remain valid until the expiration date.
