how do you order by size
1. View the Monarh Design collection and choose the piece or pieces that suit you.
2. Fill out the customer form and view the complete guide on how to take your measurements correctly.
3. Follow the instructions in the video "How to Measure Yourself Correctly" and write down all your measurements.
4. Fill in the additional details in the form (such as fit preferences, length, etc.).
5. Send us the completed form and contact us by phone or email – (+40) 770 783 755 / office@monarhcouture.com
6. A Monarh consultant will take your order, request additional details if needed, and stay with you throughout the process.
7. You will receive the product according to the option chosen: by delivery or by pickup directly from the showroom.
MONARCH - CUSTOM DESIGN
Have you discovered details from Monarh creations that you like and want to combine them? Do you want a specific color or cut that defines you? Are you preparing for a special moment – maybe a wedding – and are you dreaming of a Monarh piece, created just for you?
Whatever inspires you, you are welcome in our workshop. In the Monarh workshop, every idea takes shape, and you are part of the process. Together we will build a piece that truly represents you – impeccably tailored, deeply personal.
How to order a product with a design of your choice
1. Schedule a meeting at the workshop by writing to us at office@monarhcouture.com or calling (+40) 770 783 755. Please include a phone number in the message.
2. A Monarh consultant will take your request and set the date of your visit.
3. At the workshop, you will speak directly with the designer and the consultant who will accompany your order from beginning to end.
4. You will define together with the team all the aesthetic and functional details of the desired piece.
5. We will create a dedicated sketch, select the right materials, and establish all specifications.
6. Measurements will be taken in the workshop by our specialized staff.
7. You will find out the estimated delivery date, and if necessary, we will also schedule intermediate meetings.
8. Depending on the complexity, you will try the piece once or twice for perfect adjustments.
9. Throughout the process, you will stay in touch with your Monarh consultant – for proofs, confirmations, and changes.
10. You will receive the final product by courier or you can pick it up in person from the showroom.
How long does it take to make custom and/or personalized pieces?
Execution time varies depending on the design and materials chosen.
For custom-made pieces, we recommend allowing approximately 4 weeks . If you opt for a fully customized piece, allow for a delivery time of 8 to 24 weeks .
During the busy period May – September , production may take longer.
The Monarh consultant assisting you will communicate the exact delivery estimate as soon as all order details are established.
