Return and exchange – general conditions

Customers can return or exchange products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

  • The product is unworn , unwashed , unmodified , with no traces of perfume, makeup or antiperspirant.
  • The original tags are attached , and the product is in impeccable condition .
  • The original packaging is complete (including hangers, covers, promotional materials).
    Lack of packaging attracts a fee of 19 EUR / 22 USD/100RON.
  • Products made -to-measure or in customized colors cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items in the Final Sale or Archive Sale categories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers can return or exchange products within 14 days (The valid return period according to the regulations is 14 days, counted between the date of receipt of the product by the customer (i.e. the date of delivery of the package by our courier) and the date of receipt of the return by us (i.e. the date of delivery of the return package)) in compliance with the following conditions:

How to return a product

Prepare the package with:

  • The product is in its original condition, with all accessories and promotional materials received.
  • Proforma invoice (for international orders only).
  • Return AWB (Return Air Waybill) – for international orders only.

Ship the package via approved couriers:

  • International: DHL
  • Romania: GLS, FanCourier, Cargus, Sameday

All products in an order must be returned in a single package. Returns sent in multiple shipments will be refused.

Attention! According to Ordinance 130/2000 and Article 16 Paragraph c) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, personalized products, i.e. made-to-measure, are NOT returnable.

Recommendations regarding product returns:

If you have decided to return the purchased product, please keep the following aspects in mind:

  • In order to benefit from your return rights, we recommend that you return the product in the condition in which you received it: in the original packaging (box or bag), with intact labels and accompanying documents, without interfering with it in any way, and to pack the package appropriately (in paper or nylon), before handing it over to the courier.
  • Also, to avoid refusal of the return request, it is recommended to avoid returning products that have already been used or damaged, because in this case the return conditions are not met, and this will entail the payment of round-trip courier fees.

Made-to-measure products and those with modifications requested by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.
