We inform you that all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of products will be borne by the customer. These shipping costs are independent of Monarh Couture and do not fall under our responsibilities.

How to exchange a product

• The exchange is made only once per order .
• The product requested for exchange will be shipped only after receipt and verification of the initial return.
• If the new product is more expensive, the customer will pay the difference. If it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded by bank transfer.
• Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
